We have both Aromatic and Aliphatic coatings,
QWIK LINER® Offers
its applicators 2 different chemical formulations to insure you
are ready to spray almost anything.
Our standard coating is Polyurea / Polyurethane Hybrid. We also
have an Aliphatic Polyurea coating that has a high resistance to
moisture, humidity and Ultraviolet (UV) radiation.

No, Absolutely Not! QWIK LINER®
charges nothing to help you start your own business or add products and service to your current business.
Do you offer colors?
Yes, QWIK LINER® is available in 8 colors. These colors come
pre-mixed in the resin and come pre-packaged in the ready to
spray cartridges. Click Here to view the available colors.
How thick can QWIK LINER® be applied?
QWIK LINER® rapid gel time (5 seconds) allows the material to
be sprayed to any thickness you may need. The liner is applied
in coats and you can continue to add additional coats until the
desired thickness is achieved.
How long does it take to spray a typical truck?
A full size short box truck will typically take most applicators
from 6-10 minutes to spray.
How long until my customer can drive the truck away?
QWIK LINER® sets up very quickly. Generally the time it takes to
remove the masking is all that is needed before your customer
can drive away. It can be used for light duty applications
immediately; however, we suggest that you let QWIK LINER® cure for 24 hours before heavy use.
Is QWIK LINER® chemical resistant?
QWIK LINER® has great resistance to oil, gasoline, diesel as well
as many other chemicals.
Can I remove QWIK LINER® after it has been sprayed?
Generally, no. The liner is intended to be a permanent
application to guard against scratches, rust, and dents.
What other applications can QWIKLINER® be used for?
The applications of QWIK LINER® are endless. Practically any
material can be protected or sealed with QWIK LINER® : metal, concrete, fiberglass and wood.

Can QWIK LINER® be repaired?
Yes, although repairs are rarely needed because of the durability of QWIK LINER® .
Can I go mobile with QWIK LINER® ?
Yes. QWIK LINER® small size makes it perfect for mobile
applications. Because the QWIK LINER® system is completely air
powered, no electrical power source is needed, making QWIK LINER® perfect for off site jobs.
All that is required is a air compressor that is capable of delivering 10 CFM @ 90 PSI.
What type of facility do I need?
If you are adding QWIK LINER® to an existing business
500 – 800 sq ft will do. Stand alone QWIK LINER® applicators will require
1000– 1500 sq ft.
